Your Responsibilities:
Tech Support in Sales: You support our Sales team in meetings and enthusiastically explain to potential customers how the Lissi Connector and Lissi Wallet work.
Deep Dive Integration: You clarify technical questions regarding the integration of our products into the customers' existing infrastructure (e.g., IAM systems, banking backends).
Hands-on Testing & Onboarding: You guide customers through testing, independently conduct onboardings, and ensure that the first steps with Lissi run smoothly.
Demo Professional: If necessary, you write code yourself for customized demos to make the power of our solutions tangible "live."
Feedback-Loop: You are the voice of the market and coordinate closely with IT-Development to make our products even better.
