Your mission
Your profile
B2B SaaS Expertise: You have extensive experience building and scaling secure, high-traffic products using modern web technologies.
Backend Mastery: You are an expert programmer proficient in Kotlin and Spring (or a similar modern stack) with a deep understanding of reactive programming and microservices.
Cloud Infrastructure: Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker. You understand how to manage cost, performance, and security in a cloud-native environment.
Identity Standards: Experience with (or a strong desire to master) Verifiable Credentials (VCs), OpenID Connect (OIDC/SIOP), and the eIDAS 2.0 framework.
Leadership & Mindset: You demonstrate high initiative, enjoy mentoring peers, and are comfortable taking full ownership of mission-critical systems.
FinTech/Payment Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., SCA, EMVCo) and related protocols is a strong plus.
Languages: Fluent in English is a must and proficient in German (B2+) is a plus.
