Product Manager - Digital Identity Solutions (m/w/d)

As part of our expanding product team, we are hiring a Senior Product Manager – Identity Solutions to lead the strategic roadmap for our identity, trust service and payment offerings. This role requires domain depth, regulatory understanding, and product excellence — driving both vision and execution across a critical area of Lissi’s portfolio.

• Define and own the mid- and long-term product roadmap for our digital identity, trust service and payment solutions
• Shape and iterate the commercial model and pricing in collaboration with management
• Work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver secure and market-aligned identity products
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, public authorities, and intermediary partners to collect product feedback, validate needs, and prioritize features
• Serve as a strategic partner to customer success and onboarding, especially in highly complex technical/regulatory deployments
• Translate regulatory frameworks (e.g. eIDAS 2.0, PSD2, CCD2, ETSI standards) into product implications and strategic positioning
• Represent Lissi externally — at trade fairs, working groups, events, and ecosystem conferences
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support go-to-market plans and positioning

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a B2B software or SaaS company
• Deep knowledge in one or more of the following domains: trust services, digital identity, authentication, or digital payments
• Proven ability to define, prioritize, and launch complex technical products in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of European digital identity regulation (e.g. eIDAS, ETSI, QTSP requirements)
• Familiarity with modern product development frameworks (agile, lean, dual-track discovery/delivery)
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with legal, dev, marketing, and go-to-market teams
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Confident in direct customer engagement and complex stakeholder management
• Strong strategic thinking, but happy to go hands-on in a fast-paced environment
